This hotel is perfect for your stay at Kalimpong. The minute you ente the hotel all you feel is luxury. The reception staff is very pleasant and caters to all your needs. The rooms are spacious and give you the feeling of luxury. We took a room with a balcony that we felt could have had a better view (I must say that the duty manager immideatly wanted to offer us another room with a better view but we already settled in this room and we liked it) but that didn't spoil our visit as the minute you step out of your room into the amazing look out points to the Himalayan Mountain ridge (and there are a few such view points in the hotel) you will get this amazing view. The food in the restaurant is abslutely perfect. We were a bit in need of some western food and the staff did all they can to assist us with it. They have a vast variety of excellent international dishes that answered all our wishes. I would especially like to point the excellent service of Mr. Sanjib and Mr. Ajay who really took wonderful care of us. I recommed this hotel very much. Truly a wonderful place for vacation.

The location was perfect, and the facilities were top-notch. Even though we were there for only one night to celebrate our anniversary, it was well worth it. The experience was amazing. The breakfast spread was delicious, accompanied by a stunning view. Overall, it was a memorable stay that exceeded our expectations.

Room decor had a heritage vintage vibe. Extremely clean. Food was freshly prepared, delicious. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. Would definitely come back. .

This resort/hotel is like a oasis of peace in Kalimpong. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is varied and amazing. I had a wonderful massage by Pratima Thapa which I highly recommend. I only stayed one night but wish I could have stayed longer!
